Welcome to Abigail’s Kitchen: After 25 years in the Heart of Greenwich Village, Abigail’s Kitchen moved to the Lower East Side at 193 Henry Street in June of 2022. Abigail’s Kitchen is a combination cooking school, event space, and host to the only Dinners in the Dark (blindfolded dinners) in NYC. Chef-owner Abigail Hitchcock transformed her French-American bistro, Camaje, into Abigail’s Kitchen in 2019 in order to follow her passion for teaching and bringing people together over great food and drinks!
Abigail’s Kitchen (formerly Camaje) has hosted fully hands-on cooking classes since 2000, with menus that span the globe. From Tapas to Thai, Mediterranean to Moroccan, Indian to Italian, we love to cook (and eat!) it all!
