Advanced Knife Skills: An Introduction to Butchery at Home
What's the difference between a filleting knife and a boning knife? Do you really need a cleaver? Poultry Shears? A little knowledge goes a long way and saves a lot of money. Each student will learn how to bone out a chicken, fillet a fish, and French a rack of lamb. Dinner will be served. All Abigail's Kitchen classes are complimented with local wine and beer.
Cancellation Policy: All ticket sales are final. Students must cancel at least 4 days before the scheduled event to receive the full value of their purchase in Abigail's Kitchen credit. Credit can be used towards any class, Dinner in the Dark, or at our bar. Abigail's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any event.
