Herbs and spices can have powerful effects on our health and well-being but it's far from easy to always have fresh ones available. Chef Abigail Hitchcock will be joined by Lindsey Pearson, founder of Do You Mind(fully)?, to show you how to use essential oils in everyday cooking. We'll make a cocktail/mocktail to start things off then make lemon-pepper vinaigrette for salad, rosemary, wild orange and ginger salmon, turmeric roasted vegetables and flourless chocolate cake with cardamom. Discover how these powerful plant extracts can be used year round to benefit the whole body, supporting the immune system, healthy digestion, and sleep! Everyone leaves with a flavored salt!  All Abigail's Kitchen classes are complimented with local beer and wine.

Cancellation Policy:  All ticket sales are final. Students must cancel at least 4 days before the scheduled event to receive the full value of their purchase in Abigail's Kitchen credit. Credit can be used towards any class, Dinner in the Dark, or at our bar.  Abigail's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any event.
