Herbs and spices can have powerful effects on our health and well-being but it’s far from easy to always have fresh ones available. Chef Abigail Hitchcock will be joined by Lindsey Pearson, founder of Do You Mind(fully)?, to show you how to use essential oils in everyday cooking. We’ll make a cocktail/mocktail to start things off then make Lemon Oregano Vinaigrette, Basil-Thyme Provençale Salmon, Rosemary Potatoes, and Ginger Cardamom Chocolate Cake with Lavender-Infused Berries. Discover how these powerful plant extracts can be used year-round to benefit the whole body, supporting the immune system, healthy digestion, and sleep! Everyone leaves with a flavored salt!
