We wend our way through NYC's most famous Greenmarket, identifying the various local vegetables and fruits, learn how to pick them, then return to Camaje and learn how to cook it all! The seasonal menu - to be determined that day - is largely vegetarian; we serve fish along with our vegetable picks. All Abigail's Kitchen cooking classes are complimented with local beer and wine.
Cancellation Policy: All ticket sales are final. Students must cancel at least 4 days before the scheduled event to receive the full value of their purchase in Abigail's Kitchen credit. Credit can be used towards any class, Dinner in the Dark, or at our bar. Abigail's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any event.
