TECHNIQUE: Pâte à Choux

We'll focus on the technique of making one of the most versatile pastry doughs in classic French cuisine:  pâte à choux.  We'll make Gougères (different flavors), Profiteroles (aka Cream Puffs) and Eclairs.  And of course, their classic fillings!  All Abigail's Kitchen classes are complimented with local beer and wine.

Cancellation Policy:  All ticket sales are final. Students must cancel at least 4 days before the scheduled event to receive the full value of their purchase in Abigail's Kitchen credit. Credit can be used towards any class, Dinner in the Dark, or at our bar.  Abigail's Kitchen reserves the right to cancel any event.
