In honor of St. Patrick’s Day we’ll make a menu from the Emerald Isle: Celery Root and Watercress Soup, Lamb & Guinness Stew, Champ (Irish Mashed Potatoes with Scallions), Braised Cabbage with Bacon, Irish Soda Bread, and Whisky Trifle.
