Lots of delicious small plates! What better way to eat? Plus, many recipes can be modified to be quick weeknight dinners. We’ll make Garlicky Red Pepper Spread, Garlic Shrimp, Albondigas with Saffron Almond Sauce, Chorizo con Pimientos, Papas Bravas, Spiced Garbanzos, Croquetas de Pollo, & Sherried Mushrooms. It’s an evening in Spain!
